She is the founder of Emotional Health Initiatives (EHI) and was the Director of Wellbeing Strategy and Communications for Ramp Health. She sold her successful wellness communication and engagement company Inspired Perspectives in 2021. Amy has 2 plus decades of experience partnering with client organizations to bring wellbeing and benefit initiatives to life as the founder of Inspired Perspectives (IP), since 2009, which was a Nationally Certified Woman-Owned employee engagement company with leading tools and services to improve business performance by shaping mental mindset and empowering employees to live more purposeful, happier lives that optimize vitality inside and outside of the job until it was acquired in 2021. She then served as the Director of Wellbeing Strategy and Communications for Ramp Health until founding Emotional Health Initiatives (EHI) to continue her passion to inspire and equip individuals and organizations with supportive insights to navigate through all states of their emotional health journey with calmness, clarity and guidance. Amy is a subject matter expert in the field of Corporate Wellness who is known for her ability to help organizations bring initiatives to life with fresh ideas, engaging content, strategic planning, and motivational messaging to inspire positive behavior change and increase access to and utilization of quality of life enhancing benefits. She has been recognized with an Outstanding Leadership Award from the Employer Health Care and Benefit Congress and ranked 39 of the Top-Woman Owned Businesses by the Jacksonville Business Journal and Nationally Certified through WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise).
